  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed and another once it is shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time depending on local courier services.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹[Insert Value, e.g., ₹999].

  • For orders below ₹[Insert Value], a flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Fee, e.g., ₹49] will be applied at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order status anytime from the My Orders section on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If the product is not delivered due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect product delivered
